| Albert S. Ward, MSN, CS, ARNP is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of In-Patient and Out-Patient psychiatric/mental health experience. Mr. Ward treats a diverse array of behavioral health issues including: anxiety disorders such as OCD, GAD, PTSD and Panic as well as Mood Disorders including depression and Bipolar Illness. He also treats thought disorders, social stressors such as work or school stress, family conflicts, marital relational stress, separation, and loss issues are common treatment areas as well. |

| Mr. Ward employs various treatment modalitites in working with patients which include: cognitive behavioral, Insight oriented, Solution oriented, Reality testing, and Psychodynamic therapeutic models. Psychopharmacological medication management is also utilized as needed and Mr. Ward has full prescriptive authority. Ecelectic treatment interventions are tailored to the individual to assist the patient with symptom reduction and tools to enable "Better Choices" for optimal coping social functioning and enjoyment of life.
Mr. Ward provides therapy and medication management to adults age 18-65 years old. Medication evaluations and management is done for adolescents age 15-17 when in treatment by a qualified therapist and with parental/guardian consent. Mr. Ward is a graduate of Rivier College and has a Master of Science in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. He is licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. He is board certified as a Clinical Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing by the ANCC. His practice is guided by the ANA Code of Ethics. |
